Overview

Experience the thrill of Sri Lanka’s central highlands on this action-packed tour. Your
journey begins with adrenaline-pumping white water rafting in Kitulgala, followed by a pilgrimage
climb up Adam’s Peak to witness a breathtaking sunrise. As you move deeper into the
mountains, you will explore the cool climate of Nuwara Eliya and hike the famous trails of Ella,
including Little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arch Bridge.
Beyond the physical challenges, this tour offers plenty of moments to relax and enjoy the
scenery. You will travel by train through emerald green valleys, visit cascading waterfalls, and
enjoy fresh Ceylon tea right from the source. This itinerary is the perfect balance of adventure,
culture, and natural beauty.

Tour Plan

Arrival at Colombo International Airport (BIA).
Transfer to Kandy, the hill
capital.
Evening visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
Overnight stay in
Kandy.

Transfer to Kitulgala, the adventure capital.
White water rafting session on the
Kelani River.
Optional jungle trek or waterfall swim.
Overnight stay in
Kitulgala.

Transfer to the base of Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada).
Rest and prepare for the night
climb.
Begin the ascent around midnight to reach the summit by dawn.
Overnight stay (or climb) at Adam’s Peak base.

Witness the sunrise from the top of Adam’s Peak and descend.
Drive to
Nuwara Eliya, passing waterfalls and tea estates.
Relaxing afternoon boat ride on
Gregory Lake.
Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Scenic train ride from Nanu Oya to Ella (one of the world’s most beautiful train
journeys).
Hike to Little Adam’s Peak for sunset views.
Visit the famous Nine
